BOOKINGS:

To ensure your preferred time and service is available we do advise a booking is made in advance. Walk-ins are also welcome.
ARRIVAL TIME:
​
We kindly request that our clients arrive 10 minutes early for appointments to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, choose from the large range of colours and settle in. As a courtesy to all of our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
CANCELLATIONS:

At Charlotte Hurd Beauty we operate on a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy in order for us to accommodate the high demand of appointments. As a courtesy to our clients and nail technicians we ask that appointments made directly with Charlotte Hurd Beauty are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify Charlotte Hurd Beauty within this time will result in the loss of your appointment and 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 24 hours' notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged in full.
SEVEN DAY POLISH REPAIR AND AFTERCARE POLICY:

We hope that you are pleased with your manicure however; in the event that you do encounter any issues we operate on a seven day's repair policy for all soft gel manicure services and three days on classic nail polish. Please report this to us including a photo to charlottehurdbeauty@gmail.com. We are happy to carry out any chip repairs that we consider unreasonable free of charge for the effected nails within this time. After this period, there will be a charge for any repairs. Please note that your nails are jewels not tools and with this in mind you must take care of them, the level of care you apply to looking after your nails hugely influences how long they will last you.
LATENESS POLICY:

We kindly ask all clients to give us as much notice as possible if you are running late to your appointment to avoid any fees. We understand that sometimes life can get in the way and things may happen causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on the running of the salon and our other clients. Charlotte Hurd Beauty operates on a 10-minute discretion from your scheduled appointment time. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to honour your appointment. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS:

At Charlotte Hurd Beauty we value our staff and see our team all as one big family. Our team is trained to the highest standard to act in a polite and professional manner towards our valued customers. We do not tolerate any form of rudeness or disrespect towards the Charlotte Hurd Beauty team. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel that a customer is acting in this manner.
Charlotte Hurd Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY:

We Kindly ask our clients to look after their property while at Charlotte Hurd Beauty salons as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended or damaged. Please be aware that we use chemicals and polishes inside the salons and you must take extra care of your belongings whilst with us.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Charlotte Hurd Beauty (“Charlotte Hurd Beauty”, “Our”, “We” or “Us”) ​ All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to Gift Vouchers. ​
1. Rules ​ 1.1
The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions: ​ Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. If you would like a physical voucher sent out to you please get in touch with us! Our Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in the salon, as full or part payment of products or treatments and you must make sure to bring proof of your voucher on the day of your treatment or purchase.
A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher. When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers. All Gift Vouchers are dated and expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where Products purchased with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher.
We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. ​
